Through dedication, innovation, and strong family values, Tri-City Contracting grew to become one of the region's leading municipal and oilfield service companies before its successful sale in 2010.

Brad has built his career on understanding projects from the ground up—developing practical plans, preparing accurate estimates, and building strong relationships with clients, partners, and project teams.

As Vice President, Brad plays a key role in supporting CHARBERN’s continued growth, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring projects are approached with careful planning and a commitment to quality, safety, and reliable execution.

Pierre Simard
